Occasionally, certain ads shown on Facebook can cause an Instant Game to crash. If you notice that specific ads are repeatedly causing this issue, you can adjust your Facebook ad preferences to prevent those ads from being shown again.
Removing Problematic Ads on Facebook
On PC or Desktop:
Go to Facebook Ad Preferences.
Locate the advertiser or ad causing the crash.
Click Hide Ads to stop seeing ads from that advertiser.
On Android or iOS:
Open the Facebook app.
Tap the Menu button (☰) in the top right corner.
Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down to the Ads section and select Ad Preferences.
Find the advertiser or ad causing the crash.
Tap Hide Ads to stop seeing ads from that advertiser.
If the crashes continue after hiding the ad, please try restarting the game or clearing your browser/app cache before relaunching.
