Freezes and Crashing

Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Restart your device
    Close all open apps, then restart your device. Leave it powered off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

  2. Check for updates
    Make sure both your device software and the game app are fully up to date.
    • If you’re playing via the Facebook app, ensure you’re running the latest version of Facebook as well.

  3. Free up memory
    Your device should have at least 2GB of free memory available when playing.
    • If your device regularly has less free memory, try closing other open apps to clear up resources.

  4. Clear Facebook’s cache (if playing via Facebook)
    Sometimes clearing Facebook’s app cache can help. You can find instructions in our Clear Facebook’s App Cache article.

  5. Reinstall the game
    If the issue continues, you can delete and reinstall the game.
    • Don’t worry—your game progress is automatically synced to your Facebook account, so as long as you log back into the same account, your progress will be restored.

  6. Disable Battery Saver Mode
    Battery-saving modes can interfere with game performance. Please ensure this setting is turned off while playing.


Minimum Device Requirements

To fully enjoy our games, we recommend at least the following specifications:

Android

• 2GB RAM minimum
• Android OS 4.1 or higher

Note: While these are the minimum specs, device performance can still vary. Some devices are not optimized for gaming or may use modified operating systems (custom ROMs), which can affect stability.

iOS

• 2GB RAM minimum
• iOS 9 or higher
• iPhone 5 or newer

Devices such as the iPhone 4S, iPod Touch (5th Gen), iPad 2, and iPad Mini (1st Gen) have only 512MB RAM. These devices may not load or run the game properly.
