Platform Access Disabled

Facebook includes a setting that allows users to disable platform access for all games, apps, and websites.

As our game is a Facebook Instant Game, it requires platform access to connect to your Facebook account. If this setting is disabled, the game will not be able to load or function properly.

To continue playing, you’ll need to re-enable platform access by following these steps:


Re-Enabling Platform Access (Facebook App)

  1. Open the Facebook app.

  2. Tap the Menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.

  3. Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy.

  4. Tap Settings.

  5. Tap Apps and Websites.

  6. Tap Apps, Websites and Games.

  7. Tap Turn On to re-enable platform access.


Once this setting has been turned back on, return to the game and try loading it again — you should now be able to play as normal.

Your game progress and account data will not be affected by this change.
