Your User ID is a unique identifier that helps us locate your account in our system.
There are several ways to find your User ID depending on how you access the game.
In-Game (Thug Life)
Open Thug Life.
Tap the Menu button in the top-left corner.
At the bottom of the purple menu, tap Settings.
Your User ID will appear at the bottom of the settings menu.
You can either write down your User ID or take a screenshot of the settings page and send it to us.
From the Facebook App
Open the Facebook app.
Tap the Menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
In the list on the right, find Thug Life and tap View and Edit.
Under the Security section, tap Instant Games.
Tap Edit next to Thug Life.
Scroll to the Learn More section — your User ID will be shown under Get help using Thug Life.
You can either write down your User ID or send us a screenshot of this section.
From Facebook (Web Browser)
Find Thug Life in the list and click View and Edit.
In the window that appears, scroll down to the bottom.
Your User ID will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
