All purchases are processed directly by the payment provider (Apple, Google, LINE). Each transaction must pass through the provider’s verification, so occasional delays can happen. Playco does not have access to your billing details and cannot issue refunds on behalf of the provider, but we can investigate delivery failures and may provide an in-game remedy if a completed payment failed to deliver content.
I’m having an issue with my purchase

LINE users: Unable to select or change payment options in game
When playing in the MiniApp version of a game, you are no longer able to choose your payment method and all transactions will use whatever payment option is set in the native LINE app.
If you wish to change your specific payment method, you can do so on the native LINE game app.

iOS users: unexplained or grouped charges
Apple sometimes groups several small purchases or charges from different apps into a single entry. Check your receipts or Purchase History in your Apple account, and contact Apple Support if you don’t recognize a charge.
My purchase was successful but I didn’t receive it
Wait up to 1 hour — delivery can be delayed.
Close and reopen the game, then check to see if your purchase is credited. In most cases this will resolve the issue.
Make sure you are signed into the correct LINE / game account (purchases applied to a different account will not appear).
If the item still isn’t there, please provide us with the approximate time and date of purchase, the item being purchased and a copy of your receipt so we can investigate.
If you need help locating a receipt, check your store’s order history or the payment confirmation you received from your payment provider.
