Overview
If you lost an in-game item (booster, Super Lollipop, event reward, etc.) during gameplay - especially after a connection error, app crash, or unexpected close — this article explains what may have happened and what to do next.
Why items can disappear
A connection error or app crash during a level can interrupt the save. The game may not record items earned or used in that session.
Some items (like Super Lollipop) are active only while a streak is maintained. If a connection drop causes a level to count as a loss, the streak - and the item -resets.
Event progress or rewards may not update until the game reconnects to the server.
What to try first
Force-close and reopen the game. Many sync issues resolve after a fresh restart.
Check your connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or move to a stronger signal.
Check your inventory. Some items (boosters, gems) may appear after the game syncs on restart.
If the item is still missing
If a restart doesn't bring the item back, please contact us with the following details:
What item was lost (e.g., Super Lollipop, booster, gems, event reward)
Approximate date and time (JST) when it happened
What you were doing when the error occurred (playing a level, opening a reward, etc.)
Any error message or screenshot you saw
Important notes
Leaving the game during active play, force-closing the app, or losing connection mid-level can cause unsaved progress and items to be lost. Items lost this way cannot be restored.
Lost items from connection issues are different from purchase problems. If you paid real money and didn't receive what you bought, see Purchases, Billing & Missing Items instead.
