All purchases are processed directly by Apple, Google, or Facebook. Each transaction must pass through verification to be approved, so occasional delays may occur while your payment is being confirmed.
Please note that payment verification and refunds are handled entirely by your chosen billing provider. We do not have access to your billing details and are unable to initiate a purchase or refund on your behalf.
I’m Having an Issue with My Purchase
If you believe a purchase was made in error or would like to request a refund, please contact your payment provider directly.
Likewise, if your purchase is being declined, you’ll need to contact your payment provider, bank, or credit card issuer for assistance.

I’m Using iOS and See Multiple Unexplained Charges
If you notice charges you don’t recognize, please note that Apple sometimes groups multiple purchases into a single charge.
This means the charge may cover several smaller purchases or items from multiple apps or games.
We recommend checking your receipts carefully or contacting Apple Support directly if you’re unsure about any charges.
My Purchase Was Successful, but I Didn’t Receive It
If your payment went through but your purchase hasn’t appeared in the game:
Wait up to one hour — sometimes delivery can be slightly delayed.
Close and reopen the game.
If the item still doesn’t appear:
• Open the game and go to Menu > Settings > Contact Support.
• Include a copy of your receipt so that we can locate and verify your purchase.
