Overview
The Deco Gacha is a capsule machine where you can spend gems to win decorations (for your pet’s room). The gacha is available during limited-time events — when no event is running, the gacha is not available.
How it works
Choose a 1-spin or 10-spin option.
A discounted spin is available once per day for both the 1-spin and 10-spin options. These discounts are independent — using one does not consume the other.
Regular-priced spins have no daily limit.
Items come in different rarity tiers, indicated by the color of the capsule ball during the animation.
Where do my prizes go?
All prizes are added directly to your inventory:
Decorations go to your decoration inventory — access them from the room customization screen.
Prizes are granted the moment you complete the spin. If you close the game during the capsule reveal animation, your items are still in your inventory — you just missed seeing the reveal. Check your decoration or accessory inventory to confirm.
Decoration tiers
Each decoration item has multiple tiers (visual upgrades of the same design). A higher tier of the same item looks better than a lower tier. Tiers are indicated by star ratings.
You can win different tiers of the same item from the gacha. Tier 1 is the most common; higher tiers are rarer.
You can also upgrade tiers through fusion: combine 3 copies of the same tier to create 1 copy of the next tier up.
Why can’t I find my item when decorating?
When you open the room decoration screen, the game automatically shows only the best (highest tier) version of each item you own. If you already own a higher-tier version of the same decoration, the lower-tier version will not appear in the decoration picker — even though it is still in your inventory.
For example: if you win a Tier 1 wallpaper from the gacha but you already own a Tier 3 version of that same wallpaper, only the Tier 3 version will appear when you go to decorate. The Tier 1 copy is still in your inventory and can be used as fusion material to upgrade other items.
This only applies to the same item. Different items in the same decoration slot (for example, two different wallpapers) are always shown independently regardless of tier.
If a prize seems missing
Check whether you already own a higher-tier version of the same item. If so, the lower-tier version will not appear in the decoration picker but is still in your inventory for fusion.
If you close the game during the capsule reveal animation, your items are still granted — check your inventory.
If you believe an item is genuinely missing after checking the above, please contact us with a screenshot of your inventory and the approximate time of the spin, and we will investigate.
