If you’re getting too many messages or notifications, here are the clear steps to reduce or stop them.
Reduce system/game notifications
To stop system notifications sent by the game itself (events, gifts, promotions):
Open the game → Settings → Notifications, and disable the notification types you don’t want.
Turn off Official Account messages
Messages come from the game’s official LINE account. To stop those messages inside LINE:
Open LINE.
Tap the gear (Settings) icon.
Select Account.
Select Authorized apps.
Select the game
Turn off Messages or Notifications.
Note: Turning off messages in LINE will reduce or stop LINE notices from the official game account. You may miss important announcements or critical pet/companion notifications if you do this.
Reduce device notifications
To stop notifications at the device level:
iOS: Settings → Notifications → [LINE or game] → turn off or adjust.
Android: Settings → Apps & notifications → [LINE or game] → Notifications → turn off or adjust categories.
If another player is messaging you
Messages from other players are private chats and must be handled with LINE’s tools or the game’s social settings.
Ask the sender to stop
In LINE: Open the sender’s chat → profile/menu → Mute, Block, or Report.
For abusive messages, use LINE’s Report and the game’s block/report features.
If the same player keeps messaging you
The effective options are: mute, block, remove, or report the person in LINE and/or in the game. Playco will not be able to investigate or act on private LINE chats.
