If you believe you’re missing rewards from a Squad Goal, please review the following points before reaching out for help.
Important Things to Know
In most cases, not receiving a reward means you did not stack racks toward that specific goal, or the goal wasn’t completed before the timer expired.
You are only eligible to receive rewards for goals that you personally contributed to by stacking racks.
If your squad fails to complete a goal before the timer runs out, no spins will be awarded or split between members — even if you contributed.
When a goal fails, you should see an on-screen notification letting you know that the goal was not completed.
The message “Your Squad finished a level. Your reward is waiting for you in Thug Life!” is sent to all squad members, regardless of whether they contributed racks to the goal or not.

The approximate date and time when the goal was completed or expected to complete.
Whether the goal timer had expired when you last checked.
Screenshots or a short video, if available, showing the goal’s progress or related messages.
The number of racks you stacked, if you remember.
Any in-game notifications received, such as “Goal Failed” or “Your Squad finished a level.”
Having these details helps us verify what happened and resolve your issue more efficiently.
