Overview
In Buruburu Do-butsu, after you’ve used up all your moves in a puzzle, you can watch a video ad to earn additional moves. Watching video ads is optional and is not required to progress through the game.
When Video Ads Are Displayed
When you run out of moves in a puzzle, you’ll be given the option to watch a video ad in order to earn additional moves.
When Video Ads Do Not Appear
Since video ads are provided by third-party service providers, there are various factors beyond our control that may prevent them from appearing. The main factors are as follows:
Platform — whether you are playing on the iOS app, Android app, or the online mini app.
Device — your device type, available memory, and other hardware specs. In some cases, ads may not be served in order to preserve overall game quality on certain devices.
Internet speed — a slower or unstable connection can prevent ads from loading.
Daily or weekly limits — there is a limit on how many ads can be shown to each player within a given period. Once this limit is reached, ads will not appear again until the limit resets.
Ad provider decisions — third-party providers choose when and where to serve ads based on their own targeting and inventory criteria.
If the video ad option does not appear, please continue playing as usual. The option will reappear once third-party providers are able to serve ads reliably.
About the Ads Displayed
We do not track your activity, collect personal data, or select the ads that are displayed.
All ads displayed in “Buruburu Dobutsu” are served by trusted third-party ad providers. These providers—not us—determine which ads to display based on the privacy settings and preferences on your device, as well as your interests and other parameters.
If you see an ad that you feel is inappropriate or irrelevant, you can adjust your ad and privacy settings on your device. If you wish to report a specific ad, please contact us with a screenshot or a description of the content. We will forward your report to the provider.
No Ads during Champion's League
The Champions League is a ranked event, and we must maintain fair conditions for all participants. Due to the various factors mentioned above, video ad options may not always be delivered equally to all users. Therefore, to ensure fairness, the feature that allows you to recover moves by watching video ads will not be available during the Champions League.
