Star Rush

Updated over 4 months ago

Overview

Star Rush is a time-fixed race: players compete to earn the most Stars or make the most progress within a set time limit. The goal is to outperform other players to win rewards and — if you finish first — advance to the next stage. Star Rush is a solo tournament with a fast-paced, multi-stage format that players may trigger whenever they choose to start.

Participation

Minimum level: 32

Competition format & lives

Unlimited lives: When players start a Star Rush stage, they receive unlimited lives for the duration of that stage.
Start anytime: Players may initiate a Star Rush whenever they want.

Stages & leaderboards

Star Rush contains three stages, each with its own duration and leaderboard size:
Stage 1: 15 minutes — 5 players on the leaderboard
Stage 2: 30 minutes — 4 players on the leaderboard
Stage 3: 60 minutes — 3 players on the leaderboard

How Stars and ranking work

Earning Stars: In each stage, players play the game’s main progression levels to earn Stars. Depending on how well and how quickly a level is completed, a player can earn up to 3 Stars per level.
Ranking: For each stage, players are ranked on the leaderboard by the number of Stars they collected during that stage. The more Stars you earn, the higher you climb.
Stage winner: When a stage ends, only the top 1 player on that stage’s leaderboard wins the stage rewards and advances to the next stage with improved rewards. Other players may attempt the same stage again with a new group.
Tiebreaker: If two players tie on Stars, the player who reached that Star total first ranks higher.
